Workout of the Day
15 pushups
30 squats
Perform as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.

Record your number of rounds on the blog.
Make sure to use full range of motion on all pushups and squats

The Three Muskeeters sweated it out in the conference room.

I did 9 rounds of push ups and squats in 20 minutes.
